Service Description

Immerse yourself in a unique journey of relaxation and rejuvenation with a sound bath experience. Designed to harmonize the mind, body, and spirit, our sound baths utilize a variety of soothing instruments, including antique Himalayan bowls, crystal bowls, tuning forks, and other magical instruments, to create mesmerizing soundscapes that promote deep healing and inner peace. Duration is 1 hour. This session includes introductions, breathwork to enter a meditative state, a blissful sound bath experience, an immersive vibroacoustic massage, and reflections.
